Terms of Service
Please read these simple terms before using TrackIt for personal expense tracking, group bill splitting, or statement scanning. Effective date: October 31, 2026.
Using TrackIt
By downloading, accessing, or using TrackIt, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy provided by Kraftarc Technologies. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use TrackIt.
No Money Holding or Money Transfers
TrackIt is a calculator and record-keeping tool. TrackIt is not a bank, credit union, or money transmitter. We do not hold, deposit, transfer, or pay out money on your behalf.
When you split bills with friends in a trip group, TrackIt calculates the easiest way to settle up. The actual money exchange takes place outside TrackIt using your choice of payment method (such as cash, bank transfer, UPI, or Venmo). We are not responsible for any payment mistakes that occur outside our app.
Statement Scanning Assistance
Our statement scanner is an assistive feature designed to save you time. While our scanner achieves high benchmark accuracy across major banks, statements come in different layouts and fonts.
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming scanned dates, store names, and amounts before saving them to your records. TrackIt is not liable for personal budgeting errors or tax mistakes resulting from unreviewed scans.
You Own All Your Financial Records
You retain complete, 100% ownership of all expense records, personal notes, and group split entries you create in TrackIt. We claim zero ownership or intellectual property over your finances.
You can export your complete transaction history as a CSV file or delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use TrackIt only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt our cloud sync services, or use automated scripts to spam or scrape the application.
